As the need to engage, inform and educate employees and their dependents grows ever greater, the BHCG has looked for ways to offer turnkey communication solutions for our members. We’re pleased to announce the launch of a “Web2Print” website for BHCG employers to easily and affordably access, customize, and order or print employee benefit communication materials.

The Web2Print site consists of a “storefront” that will house templates of professionally prepared employee communication materials such as newsletter articles, enrollment material, posters, payroll stuffers, worksite materials and mailers. The materials will allow employers to customize and personalize the items through the use of variable fields and the ability to upload logos, select colors, add copy and change specifics. Employers can then access a high resolution PDF file of a document to print and distribute internally or fulfill production (print, assemble and mail) through the site at competitive prices.

The site also allows employers to upload and fulfill production of their own internally prepared documents and mailing lists through a password-protected customer portal. Additionally, it is anticipated BHCG members will also be able to share “best practices” materials for other employers to customize and use, saving valuable time and money on communication vehicles that are useful for many.

Initially, the site has been launched with various communication materials that support and promote the use of the BHCG consumer education modules. We are encouraging employer feedback about other employee communication materials they would like to see made available.

The site is designed to be extremely user-friendly and fully supported by a customer service component.
